EXPRESSIONS FITNESS CLASSES


  • WHAT TO EXPECT in EXPRESSIONS FITNESS
    • STRENGTH TRAINING - CARDIO - CORE WORK
      • ​A full-body workout including warm up, cool down and stretching.
      • All exercises have modifications with low and high intensity options.
      • Enjoy a great workout at the studio or in the privacy of your own home! 
    • CLASSES      Tu & Th at  9:30 AM      
      • Aprox 60-min fitness class that can be stopped after 45 min for those with limited time.
      • Exercises vary each week, so you won't be bored.
      • Classes meet 2X/week  -  Tu & Th
      • Virtual "Zoom" classes only if required by public health guidance.
      • May include dance fitness, in case of substitute instructor.
    • FEES
      • $80/mo.​
      • No long-term commitment.
        • Sessions are 4-5 months long. 
        • 2-week notice to stop a session.
