  • WHAT TO EXPECT in EXPRESS FIT
    • STRENGTH TRAINING - CARDIO - CORE WORK
      • ​Small classes designed for a COMFORTABLE and PERSONALIZED workout.
      • All exercises have modifications with low and high intensity options.
      • Just bring a towel and water, and enjoy your workout! 
    • MON and WED classes at   7 AM    9 AM    10 AM  plus a bonus FRI workout
      • Approx 55-min fitness class plus short demo of the week's circuit on MON.
      • Exercises vary each week, so you won't be bored.
      • Classes meet 3X/week - MON/WED plus bonus FRI workout.
        • TUE/THUR classes and earlier times coming soon.​
      • May include dance fitness, in case of substitute instructor.
    • FRI OPEN GYM for a bonus workout.
      • ​Add a 3rd workout day to your fitness program.
    • FEES
      • $80 / mo (includes personalized instruction with a personal trainer)
      • No joining or registration fee. 
      • No long-term commitment.
        • Sessions are 4-5 months long. 
        • 2-week notice to stop a session.
  • Also offering PERSONAL TRAINING with a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer
    • ​By appt ($80/hr), to be scheduled with trainer.
