Whether you want to tone, increase muscle, lose weight or improve your overall fitness,

EXPRESS FIT classes are the perfect FULL-BODY workout!

DESCRIPTION

 MONDAY
 12:00    Women's Fitness Circuit      
(adult)  (45-60 min; M/W)

60-min class can be stopped after 45 min for those with limited time.

Class meets MON/WED

 TUESDAY
 10:00    Women's Fitness Circuit      
(adult)  (45-60 min; T/Th)

Different workout each week.

Class meets TUE/THUR.

 WEDNESDAY
 12:00    Women's Fitness Circuit 
    (adult)  (45-60 min; M/W)

Class meets MON/WED.

 THURSDAY
 10:00    Women's Fitness Circuit   
  (adult)  (45-60 min; T/Th)

Class meets TUE/THUR.

  All classes are virtual.

     MON/WED     or    TUE/THUR   =   $40/mo

     MON/WED   and   TUE/THUR   =   $60/mo 


EXPRESSIONS FITNESS CLASSES


  • WHAT TO EXPECT in EXPRESSIONS FITNESS
    • STRENGTH TRAINING - CARDIO - CORE WORK
      • ​A full-body workout including warm up, cool down and stretching.
      • All exercises have modifications with low and high intensity options.
      • Just get a towel and water, and enjoy a great workout in the privacy of your own home! 
    • Classes meet     MON/WED  at  NOON      TUE/THUR  at  10 AM
      • Approx 60-min fitness class that can be stopped after 45 min for those with limited time.
      • Exercises vary each week, so you won't be bored.
      • Classes meet 2X/week  -  MON/WED  or  TUE/THUR
      • ​Take 2 or 4 classes per week.
      • May include dance fitness, in case of substitute instructor.
    • FEES
      • $40/mo for 2 classes per week.
      • $60/mo for 4 classes per week.
      • No joining or registration fee. 
      • No long-term commitment.
        • Sessions are 4-5 months long. 
        • 2-week notice to stop a session.
